Yes, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin can sing his way into your heart and send you swooning for hours, but when he’s just freely talking about things he admires, his descriptions might make your head tilt in puzzlement.
It’s not a bad thing, of course, because no matter how odd it may be, Martin still manages to make his analogies strangely beautiful, and that was exactly the case when he took it upon himself to praise Rihanna‘s singing voice.
During an in-depth interview with The Guardian, the musician spoke highly of the Barbados beauty, who was featured on the band’s song “Princess of China,” and while some of his comparisons when describing her voice were interesting, others were just weird.
