NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has sensationally claimed that Jubilee is planning to rig the coming August 8, 2017 General Election.
Flanked by his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka, the Nasa leader alleged the rigging plot involved the use of the military.
The two gave a detailed account of the steps already taken in the rigging plot and how the plan is to be executed on Election Day.
Mr Odinga and his running mate Mr Musyoka claim they have evidence of a plot by Jubilee to use the military and extra ballots to rig the poll.
The NASA leaders also threatened to boycott the coming presidential elections due to the plot to rig the polls.
Mr Musyoka on the other hand claimed the government plans to switch off power on August 8 in an attempt to steal votes.

They produced documents they claimed linked the Kenya Army to the election rigging plot.
They alleged the plan was to be executed by hundreds of soldiers including 226 new recruits under the command of senior officers selected on the basis of their tribal support for the Jubilee government.
“The plan is to hand over power to Uhuru Kenyatta through completely illicit and unconstitutional means,” he said.
The NASA leaders told journalists that President Uhuru Kenyatta had been informed by the National Intelligence Service (NIS) that he was headed for defeat warranting the new plan.
They provided alleged evidence of the mobilization and coordination going on to execute the plan that included internal memos in which military commanders asked subordinates to identify reliable officers to undertake the mission.

From the documents, the soldiers are being trained on how to cut off power and water in Kibera and Mathare slums and keep people out of city centre.
They also revealed personal details of the military officers to be involved in the plot.
“To actualize these goals, a meeting is going on today whose theme is ‘Pro-activity in mission planning and delivery.’ The entire meeting is devoted to issues dealing with the election which the military has no legal right to be involved in,” Mr Musyoka said.
The deputy presidential candidate said equipment to be supplied special team include: Land Cruiser closed-signal frequency jammers, electric shock flexible baton, stun guns, hammers, power saws, metal steel cutters, and 50 riot clubs and whips to each.

Nelson Mandela once said: “A critical, independent, and investigative press is the lifeblood of any democracy. The press must be free from state interference. It must have the economic strength to stand up to the blandishments of government officials. It must have sufficient independence from vested interests to be bold and inquiring without fear or favor. It must enjoy the protection of the constitution, so that it can protect our rights as citizens.”
